Rebecca is a published writer and wine educator on the mission to reinvent how we taste and view wine. To begin with, let's play with the language of wine - how can we make it more interesting, understandable and approachable for anyone? After all, when we remove all the social standards we're all essentially getting to know fermented grape juice better!
ERICA BOYES
Erica is a strategic designer & artist bundled into one personable human with a knack for making the ordinary, ornate. Refreshing and simple floral arrangements, lighting that dances with eclectic hand-picked decor - these are features of the table settings & event designs that Erica creates on a weekly basis.

Micro-events have been our thing since day one. Chef & Somm stands out from others for a few reasons, but the most all-encompassing reason is that we put the art first - we still believe in taking the long route where other companies take the detour. SEMINARS
Sommelier Rebecca Meir (10+ years in the Toronto wine industry) guides wine tasting seminars that focus on way more than just what we taste. Meir is more focused on the details like who, when, where, why and how! With the potential to then add in the educational sass of our Chef Eyal Liebman, we now have a lively, delicious, discussion-based seminar!

When it comes to creating beautiful settings at events or at home, our Designer Erica [Pennie] Boyes is a gifted, think-outside-the-box staging artist!
